I've completed an offer, why is the Cog still grey?

Whilst the vast majority of transactions do track, there will always be situations where, for instance, anti-spyware, anti-virus or other protection on your computer might prevent completed offers tracking back to your account.  It may be worth checking those setting or clearing your cookies if you have several offers that have not tracked.

In order to get your offer updated we need to see proof that you have completed the offer in full as per the terms and conditions shown on the Cog.

Please provide a screenshot such as a welcome email, making sure that your name, the retailer and the time and date of receipt are clearly shown. 

For gambling offers, we need to see a screenshot of your account page showing both your and the retailers name.  A second screenshot showing the time and date of your deposits, as well as a third showing the time and date of the play history.

Once we’ve received this we can look in to updating your Cog.
